Sometimes you have to go back to basics.
What is a company? A company is a way of bringing goods and services to people. So if you want your company to be great you need those good and services to be great.
You may fool some people for a time. You can run adds, and get some sells, or you can do a hard discount or profit from a circumstance.
That won´t last.
Only make your product of service great will work. Great does not have to mean the best quality. It can also be great because the price tag is lower than other offers.
So maybe what wraps it all is the idea that is your offer what has to be good. Either because you have an outstanding product or because you have an outstanding price for an ok product.
Look at your offer with the hand in your heart and answer me. It is your product outstanding?
